Even after we received our keys she still kept in touch to make sure we loved our new home.    I would like to take this opportunity to thank my amazing broker Emily. She honestly was God-sent. I had THEE most stressful remortgage ordeal with my solicitors and chaos with help to buy because my surname had changed after I got married. My solicitors were extremely slow, not responding to emails and missed the re-mortgage deadline etc. I chose to go with my previous solicitors that were involved when I first bought my house which was a big mistake. As the previous solicitor I’d dealt with had left. Emily did everything on her part in advance and was constantly checking in and sending emails to solicitors to make sure we met the deadline. She noticed how slow the solicitors were and would advise me to chase certain things that really solicitors should have been instructing me to do or chasing. But helped to finalise the process quicker. If all had been left to the solicitors it would have taken even longer. Would highly recommend amplo mortgages and Emily in particular. Her communication and professionalism was simply effortless
