I have had to wait for 3 weeks for a cleaner to contact me for a 'deep clean' of my son's flat only to be told today that the person concerned could not do the job. She offered 2 hours only when it obviously would take at least a whole day. This is not acceptable. Very dissatisfied customer !!!
Very good service from Tomasz coming for a chat to discuss what's needed to the lovely lady who came and cleaned....she brilliant and coming weekly now.
Highly recommend the Topmop team. Diligent, very polite and hard working. Helped us on both large site operations for an event and private cleaning services and in both cases Tomasz’s team were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Would use them again tomorrow!
