Very good service. I phoned yesterday and Pat told me he will be coming at 4 pm, then he sent me a message at 3.30 to say he be daleyed by 10 minutes. He arrived at 4.10 pm exactly and had a look at the gutter and told me that he will come following day at 2.30 to fix it. He came today at the exact time and fixed the problem fully. Great service.
A chance encounter saw Monarch repair a long existing leaking gutter. Patrick and Lawrence quickly diagnosed the issue. It was then resolved quickly without fuss. I found Monarch to be very friendly and efficient.
Patrick was friendly and did a good job in fixing leaked gutter. He is very knowledgeable. The communication was smooth and worked done on the same day. Patrick reassured me that if there would be any issue following his completed job, he will be phone away. I will be contacting Pat for any future job. Definitely recommended.

Monarch Home Improvements, great company, came to my property, given me a qoute for Indian stone slabs very competitive price , I did get monarch to compete this for me also carried out some more work clearing the back of my garden, (very over grown) would recommend!!
