   I asked on Facebook for recommendations for support to find a mortgage and aspire came up quite a few times and this is why I chose to work with them. I worked with Richard, Georgia and Melanie. I was in a pretty desperate situation of finding a mortgage to suit me after a separation. They were realistic and honest at all times. Despite several no go offers they found me a deal that suited my needs for the full amount. They worked hard with the lender and took a very personal professional approach. The communication was excellent and all my questions were answered promptly and regular updates were given. I want to thank them for their fantastic work. I can stay in the home that I love.    As first time buyers we had very little experience when purchasing our first house, so went with Aspire following a recommendation from family. We were incredibly impressed with the communication and knowledge base we got from our mortgage adviser at Aspire, Richard. He was quick to respond to our emails and set up calls with us when necessary to keep us updated and explain the next step of the purchasing process. Richard kept us in the loop throughout the entire process as well as providing details on an array of mortgage products and explaining what the exact rates meant, and how they may implicate our spending. Furthermore, Richard also gave us information and had conversations on Life Insurance and House Insurance products to ensure we were fully covered.
