   First time using CC.. I rang beforehand to find out what ID was needed to sell here, really straight forward process, photo ID, few details and a photo for their system. The woman at the desk was kind and informative. The price given for the items wasn't the best but I understood the reasoning. The whole process took no more than 10 minutes. Looking around the shop there's a bit of everything and a friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

   I don't shop here regularly as the store is not local to me but, the staff here are always friendly and really know their stuff. When I last shopped here I was served by Will who was very helpful, easy to talk to and very efficient at solving my query. Also a shout out to Tony who is very omniscient and my go to for gaming advice.

   I purchased a mobile phone from Cash Converters and was served by the lovely vivacious Martina who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone I was buying, the store is very clean and tidy and the staff make you most welcome and will answer any questions you might have plus they have some great bargains on offer, Newcastle under Lyme is the store.

   This store scammed me. I bought a 9ct gold bracelet from them for £1600. When I tried selling it the bracelet wasn't 9ct it was 7ct gold. When I confronted cash converters about this they said they can't do anything about it as it weighed less than when they sold it to me. They scammed be by first selling me fake gold then telling me the bracelet they sold me wasn't the same as I had which is utterly unprofessional. Don't go here if you want to keep your money.

   decided to give them a chance to REPAY their sins for the bad service but MONKEY DOESN'T WANT TO EVOLVE . we have had to refund your purchase from ourselves. The reason for this was that prior to dispatching an item we check it over to ensure there are no issues, on this occasion we have found this item to have a power issue and it is not turning on.

   Hi. I'd like to personally recommend my local Newcastle-Under-Lyme Cash Converters store to anyone who is considering shopping there. Most of the staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly, in particular Lee, the Manager, who always gives me great Customer Service, and Michelle, who is one of the most pleasant, intelligent and helpful shop assistants that I've ever known. I've been a loyal Customer of this store for over 2 years, and really feel that it's been a lifeline for me, whenever I've needed some instant cash. Russell and Tony are also great, especially Russell, who is very knowledgeable about mobile phones and technology in general. Will and Mike both have a dark sense of humour, which I don't always appreciate, especially their jokes, but it makes for a jovial atmosphere. Mike is the Assistant Manager, so he gives me a similar service to Lee. I think Will would do quite well as a Stand Up Comedian, as he's very intelligent and quick-witted, although he can be a bit immature at times. Although I rarely see Melissa, she's the most mature and responsible member of staff here, which is probably why she runs the Web Shop. I only have one criticism to mention here, which is that most of the mobile phones usually have flat batteries, which can be quite irritating.
