   Never left CC disappointed. The all Team is really helpfull in every circumstances and then there is Dan. Dan he cares, he listen to you and your needs. He's willing to go long length to make sure that you get exactly what who were looking for. He will answer every stupid question you have without getting annoyed, like a family member.    My smart phone died suddenly and I had to replace quickly. Received service which was second to none at the Stafford store. They listened and lined me up with a perfect replacement, with no pushy sales tactics - just friendly, down to earth honest chat. Then went above and beyond to rebuild my new phone's apps and re-install contacts for me which they really didn't need to do... so impressed! Took the stress out of the whole situation. Thanks so much for the 5 star service.

   Very helpful staff on 16/08 Friday morning. Attentive but not pushy. Stock was varied and of good quality. Chris especially deserves a special mention demonstrating all different TVs moving them a around for me to see each one and testing different features even though the store was getting busy. Supporting my indecision with professional patience ! Even carried the TV to the car (after I managed to decide on one!) Manager also very helpful in sorting minor problem with remote control.
