Crikey what a wide range of stuff that i didn't even know I needed. The numerous occaisions I've now visited the staff have been all soo helpful and polite, especially Zoe cerise Jose and Mandy on their respective days
Some nice staff since been using this branch the last few years,particularly the other day(Nov 22nd,2022). But they quite often are low in stock of things. Which i am told that i can find in other branches(which are also too far from where i live)-which doesn't stop this branch from closing,particularly now Grape Tree open across the road.
First time at this shop the young lady who served me was very pleasant and knowledgeable and recommended a product that was very useful to me.
Went in to buy Organic Mother Cider Vinegar, didn't have a clue where to look. Immediately upon entering a wonderful young lady assistant came and offered excellent product advice, very helpful, friendly, efficient, smooth transaction. Based on my visit I highly recommend this shop.
Visited the store a couple of times in the past week & received excellent service from all the staff on each visit. The staff were polite, welcoming , not pushy & offered advice when I asked them. Exceptional knowledge from the cover manager who I believe works at the main store in the city centre. I would recommend this store in the Southsea precinct, it is small but their shelves are well stocked & the promotions competitive.
I walked into an empty store. Waited for a while. A rude young woman appeared and told all customers that the store would be closing in ten minutes. I asked if it was possible to have some service in that time. She said she was reporting a theft. Hardly surprising when you leave the store unattended like that.
