   Just been there, young trainee trying to learn, obviously you expect being served to take a little longer. "Donna" the experienced member of staff supposed to be helping the trainee and teaching was awful. Rude to customers, the delivery and worst of all belittling the trainee infront of everyone. If I was the trainee I would have left. Donna aside the usual staff are great, friendly and as you'd expect. 5 stars if Donna is not working.

   The people here were friendly and polite to me. I know it's 'only' a convenience store, but if the people are nice... well you want to go back don't you.

   Unprofessional, condescending and rude staff that have the attitude to make quip remarks to your back in front of other customers as you leave despite not saying anything to them. Most unreliable post office known to man, random early closures because they feel like it and say 'just because' or just full closures with no signs and again, rude staff just shrugging at you about it. Opening times are also now only 10-1? How is anyone working in the area meant to use it. The only staff members working there - the lady with short silver pixie crop hair and newest young man with red hair and glasses - have always been exceptional no matter time day or weather. But this shouldn't be the case.

   Don't bother using the post office as its never open , its supposed to be open until 10pm but they can't even manage to open during the day, every time I go in its the same poor excuse " not enough staff " but plenty outside smoking, the post office should be taken away and given to a store that won't abuse the system, not sure how they can get away with it ?? Totally unreliable store , over priced , some staff are pleasant but most have a really bad attitude . certainly not worth the effort just to be disappointed.

   AWFUL. Usually this place hires welcoming staff but tonight around 9:50pm I came in to drop off some post- it closes at 10pm so I had ten minutes to spare, and there were two women which were so rude! I came in with two parcels, and these two ladies (one with short red hair, overweight) and some other women with a similar build were counting money and holding a wad of 20's in there hand, then they told me they've closed early because they 'didn't want to be here till 11'. THEN, they said, we close up around 9:30pm-9:45pm so they can start closing up and counting money. Well excuse me, but the sign says it closes at 10pm, and I do not respect a business that lies just so the staff can get home a little bit early. I'm furious and I nearly cried; I felt betrayed by two hostile staff who wanted to leave early. Ok, thank you. Maybe I wont come any more.
