We sold one of my wife's old rings. They gave us a very reasonable price, more than they originally estimated. Went back later to have our sizes measured for wedding rings. They got our sizes spot-on, definitely a pro! They didn't charge us for the service even though we were buying our rings elsewhere. Will definitely use them again
Amazing customer service received today. I needed my ring cleaned and they offered to see what they could do due to some of the ring being quite delicate. They took it in and told me to give them half an hour. On returning they gave me my ring and I was plesantly surprised on how well it came out and decently priced too. Thank you so much!!!! You guys did a great job and I will definitely be using you again!!!!!

I took my ring in to the bognor shop and asked if my ring could be repaired. My ring was in two pieces and had several dents in it I was going to scrap it as I thought it was unrepairable. The ladie who served me told me my ring could be repaired and it would take a week which was very surprising and I was quoted a very reasonable price for it to be repaired. I got a call 4 days later and picked my ring up in there Littlehampton store as i was eager to get my ring back to my surprise my ring looked brand new again. Extremely happy with there service and would highly recommend. Thanks again reeves and son.
Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. Sorted out repairs and replacement stones for 4 watches and 2 rings with a same day service. Highly recommended.
Just be careful if you need to use the card machine. For 200 euros I nearly got charged over £2014, luckily I spotted the mistake and it was corrected, however it got me thinking, what would have happened if I didn't realize at the time, how would it have been sorted? Would they say sorry and return the money straight away or mess about like come back next week or something? I don't know but I know I won't be using them again. Supermarket exchange for me next time for peace of mind. I also didn't like that the woman did not apologize but just looked as if nothing was wrong.
