Shockingly bad. I've been with Steve for around 5 years. Despite numerous calls in this past year to resolve some issues a few years back, he has done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation and indeed made it worse. A warning too, for anyone who's used this firm, make sure you have funds ready to pay back rebates in past years which may well have been miscalculated or aquired through misrepresentation.
