After reaching out and delving into a personal situation in the enquirer box, I waited around 3 weeks to hear anything. Eventually got a text message with no greeting, but attempting to arrange a simple phone appt. After I advised various dates and times for availability I never heard anything back and I think this just goes to show why people don’t bother reaching out. Very disappointing and will definitely not be giving any of my money or time to this company. I understand some people fall through the net, but after explaining my situation I assumed I would have been treated with a bit more empathy, but received quite the opposite.

Our teenage daughter has been seeing Mandi. I can not emphasise what a difference Mandi has made to her self esteem and overall well being, (as well as our family life!). Mandy is the perfect counsellor to help a struggling teenager through this emotional and sometimes difficult time in their live. Would fully recommend.
