   I would definitely recommend this trauma centre all the staff are so lovely and welcoming there since I've been there I've actually stayed I've been to let's talk and others and never felt like I've fitted in there but I definitely do here there so good at what they do and so caring now I want to talk about cally who's supporting me right now has done from the start I couldn't of ask for a better councillor if i could only pick 1 councillor it would always be cally she really is amazing and I wouldn't be were I am right now without cally she has got me threw loads and made me feel like I'm worth something she is like a little mam to me I appreciate her so much and everything she has done for me and still doing now I always look forward to my appointments I remember my 1st time going I felt so sick nervous and my anxiety was so bad but cally made me feel so calm so honestly if there is anyone who needs help I would definitely go here ❤️

   I was turned away so many times by other professionals because they couldn't take me on, the staff here are so warming and lovely and do not only their jobs but treat you as a being worth being if that makes sense. Thank you to Jo more than all the lady who has helped me and supported me through so much than even I could think or she could imagine. I thought I rebuilt what was taken and stronger than I thought but thanks you the right help too I'm doing more than I ever thought stronger than ever so I thank the centre and Jo massively for the way she has not only doing her job but not treating you as your just paperwork and supports in a very professional manor yet also warming to freely speak or express without fear or doubt. Amazing people and amazing help :)

   They asked me if I wanted an appointment, then got my name wrong, then when I corrected them and told them that they’d got my name wrong they proceeded to tell me I couldn’t have an appointment because they were “at capacity.” ETA: they called me, addressed me by yet another name, said I could have an appointment within a few days, but by that point? No thank you. Rather stick with my own crazy self…. I dunno! Seems like they’re a bit overwhelmed.
