   Not impressed at all with the bouquet I ordered. Think an amateur could have arranged a better combination of coloured flowers. Won’t be using again, very disappointing

   I was so disappointed with the 30 pound bouquet, very few flowers then when arranged the flowers at the back had been chopped really short so looked very odd in a vase. 4 days later, the lilliy buds had gone brown and not even opened, the carnations were dead. Very poor overall experience

   Tried to simply enquire over the phone as to whether they were still taking orders for Mother’s Day and instantly got pushed into ordering over the phone via a series of blunt questions by an extremely rude man. Needless to say I did not go through with the order as I actually like to go and see what is on offer at a florist before I choose, although this man seemed to want me to know exactly what I wanted and to know exact colours/names...terrible service, made me never want to set foot in there which is sad as I was trying to support a local business as opposed to buying from an online service, which on this occasion seems like it will be a more pleasant and preferable experience to do.

   This is the second time I have ordered through Tide Bunches and the bouquets have been stunning both times. Ordered a Christmas bouquet for my parents this morning, and it was delivered early this afternoon. They are so happy with it and have sent me pictures. Absolutely beautiful, lovely to be able to have total trust in a company!
