I'm sick and tired of massive online companies increasing prices and reducing service so opted for a local company to order some flowers for my mother's birthday. Since I live abroad I ordered online. Very happy with the result, huge bouquet of brights, much nicer than anything I've ordered from lunar porcine etc. in the past. Thank you!
Have never used this florists before but decided to order a posy oasis for our Daughter's anniversary of her death today. I asked for one rose( previous florist have immediately added extra cost once roses are mentioned). When I collected today,I was blown away by the quality and size ,about a third bigger than I'm used to...four beautiful roses too. My husband and I were so overwhelmed. Thank you so so much. Will recommend in a heartbeat.
I am so disappointed with this florist. I paid £50 for a bouquet of roses and lilies for my mum’s birthday and what arrived was honestly embarrassing — one lily and two roses, with the rest being cheap filler. It looked nothing like what I ordered or what was shown online. When I called to ask if I’d even been given the right flowers, they told me to bring them back so they could “add some more.” I shouldn’t have had to do that in the first place, but I went back anyway. They swapped them for a “new” bouquet that was still nowhere near worth £50 — dull, sparse, and definitely not the quality you’d expect for that kind of money. To make things worse, they didn’t even bother to put the card or the stand back in with the replacement flowers, so my mum’s birthday message was missing completely. The whole thing just felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience that I’d warn anyone to think twice before ordering here. Total waste of money.
Second time of using this florist and both times they have been excellent. Website easy to use and flowers delivered look like the bouquets on the website, delivered when then said, delivery drivers very friendly to my elderly mum and flowers beautiful and last a long time. Highly recommend
My husband bought me some flowers through Interflora for our Anniversary. The flowers were arranged and sent by Waterlooville flower centre. On arrival, they looked amazing. However, a large number of flowers were drooping and dieing within 48 hours! Extremely disappointed and a waste of money. Safe to say we shall never use them again.

Ordered three bouquets on 23rd December for collection on Christmas Eve each £15, I was disgusted with what I received, I was expecting a huge bunch but this is embarrassing, I was embarrassed to give them out and one was for my relatives grave. I’ve attached a picture of one of the ‘bouquets’. A small display of the cheapest limp flowers I’d seen. Everyone else who saw them said the same.

Ordered flowers for the first time from here for my mums birthday. They were absolutely beautiful. I ordered the amethyst box. The picture on the website doesn’t do them justice! They were absolutely beautiful! I’ve ordered flowers from moonpig and other online florists and the quality is poor but you guys totally beat them! Thank you for such a stunning box of flowers my mum absolutely loved them!
I've used the Waterlooville Flower Centre for a number of years to send beautiful bouquets to my Mother. I now live outside of the Waterlooville area and it's always difficult to rely on the quality when you cannot be there to see it. Never had an issue with their quality, my Mother has loved every bouquet received and the delivery of the flowers especially when delivered during these strange times was faultless. I cannot fault them on service, the range or quality of flowers and would recommend them completely.
