Stopped in today to grab a bouquet of flowers. Quick service - the positive. Flowers that didn’t look fresh, overpriced and when given an envelope for the card it was all dirty! Unfortunately won’t be going there again.
Very disappointed in the flowers I received for my birthday today. Wouldn't hurt for the delivery driver to smile maybe? Bow was crushed, flowers look like they should have been sold 2 days ago with petals falling off. Have told my husband time and time again to only use a certain florist in Portsmouth but he won't listen (typical man) £28 for some carnations and 2 lily on a stem is ridiculous.
I rang up The Flower Shop by Alison as I wanted to order some flowers as a surprise for my girlfriend's 40th birthday. Even with just a vague description of the kind of flowers I wanted, she presented a bouquet that was absolutely stunning. Even had them delivered to a hotel on Hayling Island that I was staying at. Thank you so much for the flowers, my girlfriend absolutely loved them

I bought a posy for my niece's birthday today, I am delighted with it and the service on delivery when (because she was out and didn't know it was coming) was excellent too. See picture, I asked for bright - wonderful! There were more flowers than I can display here - camera dummy!
I rang the day of opening after the Christmas break hoping that something could be delivered that day for my son’s 4th wedding anniversary. I was not disappointed - a beautiful hand-tied arrangement of flowers was delivered to them that afternoon. I had mentioned red was my daughter-in-laws favourite colour and indeed the dominant colour was red. Thank you for an excellent service.
