Ordered flowers to be delivered for a special occasion online from the Chichester shop, everything confirmed but no delivery was made and no communication post confirmation received. Am attempting to contact the shop to understand why this happened and if they are still intending on delivering the flowers I purchased. Very disappointed. ***Confirming that the florist did get in touch and made good on the order, sounded like an honest mistake with their system so have amended the rating***
Bunch delivered these beautiful flowers today. Such a surprise, and the first time I have ever received flowers, so very special! Honestly couldn't have created a selection more beautiful, especially with the added stocks and sweet peas (my favourites), the smell in my office is incredible. Thank you.
I have used a few times and have been happy with the flowers and service/delivery. However, not now, I ordered and paid £80:00 for flowers to be delivered on Saturday 25 March, but the shop is closed and the flowers have not been delivered. I am so upset and angry, these were for a very special occasion!
Order flowers to be delivered via interflora. Flowers were dumped over a fence despite request to leave with neighbour. As a result, flowers ruined and £50 wasted. DO NOT USE
Exquisite flowers and charming shop. I've shopped here several times and the quality has freshness has always been very good. The window displays change with the seasons and themes and they are an absolute highlight of the high street. I was late to order for a valentines gift and they were really helpful in understanding and still delivered a beautiful bouquet. Highly recommended. Thank you
We would like to thank Sarah for all her help, we ordered some flowers to be picked up on the morning of my Mum/ Nans funeral, at 9.00am. The afternoon before I had a problem with getting to the florist to pick them up. I spoke to Sarah and she was absolutely brilliant, don’t worry we will sort it and deliver them to the funeral home. Wonderful service!! I went in a got some flowers for a friend and she utterly loved them! The staff were wonderful and took on board my requests and made the whole experience very welcoming a delightful. Absolutely chuffed they've joined Chichester :)
