There was an unfortunate mix up with an order that went to the wrong address. The lovely folk at Selsey Florist delivered another bunch as soon as they knew of the error. The recipient loved the flowers, which was a wonderful outcome and the reason I placed the order. Happy days, thank you, highly recommend
Stay away! Terrible service!! I paid online for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my grandmother in Selsey for her birthday. They said they had been delivered but they never arrived (they said they left them at a house but the address given for the order was for a bungalow, so they probably delivered them to the incorrect address). I called them twice to ask them to redeliver them to the correct address but they never did. It had been over 2 weeks at that point so I asked for a refund instead but they refused to give me one as they said I had ordered them from Flowers Direct but I ordered directly from their website (see attached photo). I had to submit a request to PayPal myself and provide evidence that the items were never delivered to receive a refund.
Wow - I ordered lilies as a gift for my wife and we both said they're the best flowers we've had delivered. Absolutely stunning. Thank you Selsey Florist, we'll be back I am sure.
Excellent service, ordered 8pm and delivered afternoon next day. Flowers looked fresh and the chocolates were very acceptable
This florist did such a fantastic job with the pop of pink bouquet I ordered for a friend, the flowers are beautiful and she absolutely loves it! The service was great too, I made a mistake when i ordered online but when I called they quickly sorted it out and delivered with no problems.
Finally got the chance to pop into YLF and I wasn’t disappoint . I really enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to go back . Highly recommend the selsey florist for beautiful unique arrangements for your home or as gifts.
Very poor arrangement for my uncle’s funeral. Totally different colour to what I asked for and very very small. When I complained I was told to email them with my bank details for a refund. That was 4 weeks ago. Still no refund and they haven’t bothered to acknowledge any of my 3 emails. They have now blocked me on Facebook so I cannot comment. Beware if ordering for a funeral, if they think you won’t be attending, you will most definitely be ripped off.
I have used The Selsey Florist for the last 3 years. They provide an outstanding service and the flowers are gorgeous. I will definitely come back again.
