   I attended a wreath making class on the 28/11/2024 Amazingly for me I had a one on one master class with Katie. I had a fantastic few hours making a gorgeous Christmas wreath , with knowledgeable advice and support using beautiful foliage . Would absolutely recommend the lovely staff at Bloom to suport you budding wreath makers . A great way to spend an afternoon and come away with a beautiful door wreath for Christmas .

   I called Blooms for a bouquet for a work for colleague, but was unsure what I wanted, and being a truck driver I was many counties away from the shop. I spoke with Katie, she handled everything in a very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough and has excellent customer service skills. She is a credit to you company. Flowers arrived as described and ontime. Thank you, will definitely use your company again

   Bloom did our flowers for our wedding last week and we were overwhelmed. They were brilliant from start to finish, it was such an easy process! When we showed them photos initially of what we liked, they knew exactly what we wanted. Communication was great throughout and the prices were very reasonable. On the day, the flowers were delivered within such good time and with no problems at all. Everything was perfect, the flowers were beautiful and fresh and put together perfectly.    I placed an order for a bridal bouquet, circlet and buttonhole at fairly short notice and had no clue what I actually wanted but was able to show a couple of photos as examples and left the team of experts to it. When the flowers were collected I was completely blown away! They were STUNNING. Way better than I expected! They looked amazing and smelt incredible. Every room I walked into, someone commented on how lovely they were and how nice they smelt. So a huge thank you to Helen for the arrangement and Beth who did the final touches, I’m very grateful ❤️

   I chose Bloom for my wedding flowers to include button holes, corsage, bride and bridesmaids flowers and paid in full in advance. It was agreed that flowers would be delivered by 12pm on my wedding day. At about 12:30 I asked my sister to call the florist to ask where the flowers were and was told that our order had somehow been missed and there were no flowers. To give some credit, they made me up a bouquet as the bride at no charge and this was delivered just in time. It is not what I had ordered but it was similar. I received an apology the following day by email and was told I would receive a full refund plus extra for a meal. This was a nice touch. I gave my bank details on the Monday and by Friday was still waiting for my money back. I sent an email asking for my money and received it that evening. All in all, I am hugely disappointed that this had to happen and there are clearly some issues with this florist. I had not wanted to say anything initially because I felt that they were apologetic and had clearly made a big error, however, because I then had to send a follow up email asking for my money I was again made to feel that I was not an important enough customer. My wedding day was lovely but I did not have the flowers I had wanted and I will remember that sadly as part of what was meant to be a ‘perfect day’.
