   Thank you so much today for a first class same day service not to mention a beautiful bouquet for my dearest friend and his father who lost Mum and Wife late last night. I suddenly became very emotional whilst reading out our message for the card (I guess that’s why doing it online can be an easier option!) I just about got the words out. The lovely lady taking the order was so patient and I guess instinctively knew from experience this can happen. Thank you again. They received the flowers and were bowled over. By total chance the colours were his Mum’s favourites.

   We were arranging a funeral bouquet from Australia. Linda's communication via email was excellent. We were able to explain exactly what we would like and our expectations were exceeded. The recipient was delighted with the arrangement and we also noted that the message was laminated, a nice touch. We used Direct2Florist as the payment gateway. All very easy and very happy with the service.

   Absolutely superb service! I called on Saturday afternoon to order a bouquet to be delivered to the restaurant I was taking my wife for our anniversary on Monday, and was very impressed with the results. I mentioned the original wedding bouquet contained peach and white roses and her favourite colour is purple. The lovely lady who took the order said she we see if she could source any peach roses as they are not standard stock. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was the most beautiful bouquet in a vase on our table, moving my wife to tears of joy. Couldn't be more grateful for the effort and skill applied. Strongly recommend Fleur de Lis.

   I ordered flowers from this florist through their online service - and am left very disappointed. Yes the order was easy, yes they arrived the same day, yes they looked good ...... for a day! The following day they had drooped and the next positively faded .... I am still waiting for the orses to bloom. I did originally offer three stars on an original review but the lack of response and the inability to actually contact the company has left me even more frustrated. As it stands not only will Fleur De Lis lose business but so will their e-commerce online business.

   A special tribute was ordered for the funeral of my father, precise instructions regarding layout were given - creation of a garden scene with flower border and ornaments inclusive of a model shed or greenhouse like structure,we said to just make it and if further costs were incurred to let us know. What turned up on the day was an absolute disgrace - astro turf poorly fitted over a base - literally a few flowers pushed in which had began to sag on the day , couple of ornament birds fitted which wobbled from side to side as we carried in the coffin. Stepping stones printed out on plain printer paper, cut out and stuck down - two mushrooms with Christmas holly leaves also pushed in. The whole thing looked so bad that people thought the young children had made it to show their love - we simply did not have the guts to tell everyone the truth. It was also too late to do anything about it. Used the shop for years with no issues - when my brother phoned up to complain the following day owner was dismissive stating 'she thought the arrangement was lovely' and denied she had received any special instructions. As the one ordering the arrangement I felt I had let my father down. Have added pictures to the review site to show the 'lovely' work! One star rating is too much. but the review requires something to go through. Shop has lost a regular family customer - I would recommend avoiding this shop as they let us down so badly. As an update the shop has sent a refund - no apology though so I am letting this review stand.
