   I went into Sheila hurst park gate today and purchased some flowers as I was making my own arrangement for a lovely client of mine that had sadly passed away. I asked if I could purchase a card to go on my display for the funeral tomorrow, the older lady was very rude to me with the way she spoke to me. She just said no, there’s a card shop next door. I go next door they weren’t open yet, so I went back in and explained this and I said I’m not asking for one I’ll pay you for one. Nope we don’t sell them. (I can see them there but won’t sell me one). I could semi understand if I haven’t bought anything from them but I have. And just a plain card without there stamp on it. Got home making my display and the quality of the flowers were awful, all the petals were falling off. Such poor quality. Later in the day I went and got a card from the lovely lady next door to the florist. Was very disappointed with their service, rudeness and flowers. Wont be returning in future. So much for helping the local community.

   Very disappointed with a recent bouquet i had sent to a friend. The flowers looked like a toddler had thrown them together and the owner was oblivious to the fact that the blooming flowers were not evenly balanced. I could of picked up supermarket flowers, infinitely better, for a fraction of the cost.

   The flowers for my mother's funeral were absolutely beautiful. Everything that was asked for was provided and it exceeded all expectations. Other floral tributes that were provided by Sheila Hurst were all of the same quality. It was very meaningful that such care was given to meet every request. I would highly recommend this florist

   I have used Sheila Hurst for many years. They did my wedding flowers back in 1981. I currently live overseas and I phone to order flowers for my mother 2 or 3 times a year. Always a pleasure and Mum is always astounded at the quality and arrangement of the bouquets and arrangements that I choose. All prices are quoted upon ordering and before my card is charged, including delivery. And delivery is always on time. I wouldn't use anywhere else.

   We chose Sheila Hurst Florists to provide funeral flowers. We had an idea of what we wanted, but with a limited knowledge of flower varieties it was hard to articulate, with the exception of the fact we wanted predominantly yellow roses. Wow, did they hit the spot. The tribute provided was absolutely beautiful, and exactly what we had imagined. Thank you!

   My 15 year old son went into Sheila Hurst florist in Park Gate to purchase some roses for his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. My son asked for a dozen mixed roses and was told the price for this would be £40, however they over-charged my son by £10 and charged £50 to my card. Following this incident, I went into Sheila Hurst to query this and was spoken to in a rude, undermining and unhelpful manner. The woman in the shop proceeded to call my son a liar claiming that they were always £50 to which I replied is extortionate. The woman then continued to shrug her shoulders at me and said not to forget that that includes the packaging!! Her attitude was disgusting. This issue has still not been resolved. More so, the bunch of roses my son received were appalling and looked like something you could purchase next door from the Co-Op for £10. I feel my son was prayed upon and seen as a vulnerable lonesome child and that Sheila Hurst took advantage of this opportunity. I will NOT be using this florist again and would not recommend to anyone.
