Been using Pro-Care for a while now at our business premises. Find them very efficient, nothing too much trouble and do a great job. They come out of hours too which is great for us. Would recommend

We have been using Procare for a number of years now and cannot recommend them highly enough, our offices are cleaned to a high standard, easy communication and on the odd occasion that something has been overlooked it has been rectified immediately. I wish all companies that we deal with adopted this attitude.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! USE WITH CAUTION! We advise the staffing that the business premises was to be closed down in Feb 2022. However, this was not sufficient and they subsequently still invoiced us for 3 months post closure of the business. Would highly advise at choosing a different company for your cleaning services. RESPONSE: We actually didn't "relocate" the business. You visited another business site owned by another subsidiary. It was a completely different business sector. Thats not a relocation. We had informed our cleaner that we was closing the practice down because the landlord had signed another lease agreement with another tenant and therefore we won't be requiring your services. This was even communicated to the cleaner via the communications book that we had set up. We emailed to say invoice in lieu because it was the only way to stop you invoicing us on an infinite perpetual basis for absolutely no work since April 2022. Your company still deserves the 1*. I would give it 0* if i could.
We highly recommend the Cleaner our Commercial Cleaning Company Procare allocated to us. Sonia is exceptional, consistently carrying out an immaculate clean every week at our DM&Co offices. Credit where it is due, and it is due to Sonia, who is reliable, courteous, and professional. The Administrative Team behind her are clued up but friendly and ask our feedback regularly by telephone and/or email periodically, which is consistently 5* and totally on par with the 5* Service Sonia provides. She has a very positive, mature, attentive attitude, which is very respected! After a slow start with Procare, they have proven to be professional, attentive and solid in showing their appreciation of our Custom, and now have our continued loyalty. These people were cleaning my office, but when my designated cleaner died of COVID, they didn't think it important to tell me, even though he'd been in all my offices. They didn't even tell me the truth until over 2 weeks later. Had they told me at the time I would have had a deep clean done before my staff came back into the office. They put me and my staff at risk of not only catching but transmitting the virus.
