Booked this company for a deep clean when moving house back in September. Have since then booked in a weekly clean for the new house. The ladies who have arrived have all done a great job and arrive promptly and carry out the services to the standard required. Very appreciative and would 100% recommend!
Excellent experience. Shay and Mickey did an excellent job, were fast and the carpet is completely clean. It had some stains which have been removed and looks brand new! Thank you for the excellent service.

I can't fault this company. Sure, they're low on staff, but by jove, do they punch above their size. Due to ill health thru the years & other reasons, I struggled no end to keep on top off cleaning & maintaining my flat, to the point, I faced potential eviction for chronic hoarding. I've tried endless avenues in a bid to help me even intensive hypnotherapy to change my thinking ways. None off it work. I tried & tried with no luck. So, I thought I'd give this company a go. Boy, am I glad that I did. It used to be, that I could only open my front door a sliver to get in & out + that's not ideal, if I god forbid had an emergency. I'm pleased to say, a year onto my working agreement with Den, Donna & their team, I have found the remedy that I needed all along. Active support & encouragement. I feared that I would have been obsacised for letting my flat get so bad. I wasn't. I have been supported & given the tools as such, to turn my lil flat into a safe, warm sanctuary which is now often wellcoming visitors & friends who can't believe the changes. My only regrets are simple enough; 1, I wish that they'd cover a larger area, as I have a family member in Portsmouth who'd benefit from their services. 2, I wish I'd heard about them sooner. 3, That I could bottle the staff members enthusiasm & passion for helping their customers. I have enclosed a few photos off my flat, since they helped me with the deep clean. It used to be, I couldn't walk around to my bed (which was broken & to be honest, rather dilapidated). Well, I can now & I've still got space to manœuvre as I deem fit. Thank you Really Usefull Cleaning company. You didn't just help change my flat, you gave me back my life (poor health still a daily issue) & a flat that after many years off neglect & misery is now, shining like a star in the inky blue skies above. You're all AMAZING!!! :D
Very well organised company. Always happy to go the extra mile for customers and staff. No job is too much, Donna and Den both work hard to ensure everyone’s needs are met in the best way possible! Lovely crew of staff, fantastic quality of work. Brilliant team. Fantastic company.
£190 to deep clean my fathers one bedroom static caravan, premium price not a premium service, Didn’t even remove photo frames etc off the sideboard to polish , polished around everything, !!!! Reply to your reply : I mentioned on more than occasion that they had not moved anything while polishing , also they didn’t hoover behind internal doors or even around my dads armchair. , absolutely rubbish,
With the Help of Donna and Den. I have a cleaner, safer home. Without there help and support with decluttering I would be living in a cluttered home. They have changed my live. They have given me tools and support to work with to keep a clean tidy home. Not only have they given me my home back they have changed my life for the better. They are kind, compassionate and non judgement about there clients.
I highly recommend Chiltern Hub. They have been cleaning our office building in Thame since we opened in 2020. The staff are friendly and professional and Donna and Den run the business like clockwork. Donna is always at the end of the phone or email, if we need her. Chiltern Services Hub did a deep clean on my rental property prior to moving out and the job they did was excellent. Donna and the team were helpful and responsive throughout the process and the final clean was to a very high standard. I will be using them again in the future, highly recommended.
