The worst experience Iβve ever had with a tattoo studio. Ruth is not only racist and extremely rude but also completely incompetent and lacks knowledge when it comes to tattoos. After expressing my concerns to her via email, she had the audacity to suggest that I had a skin condition. something only a dermatologist could diagnose. She stated, βA tattoo artist is just thatβa tattoo artist. We have knowledge of what colors to use on your skin, but we are not GPs or dermatologists.β Yet, in the same email, she diagnosed me with acanthosis nigricans, which I found highly offensive, especially since my GP has confirmed that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my skin. Then thereβs her trainee, Ben, who has not only ruined my skin but also shattered my confidence. Itβs clear he has no experience tattooing dark skin. he used me like a practice pillow. Every tattoo he did on me has gaps, shaky lines, and an excruciating healing process. I was gaslit into believing it was my fault due to improper aftercare, despite having several other tattoos before being tattooed by Ben. The difference is undeniable. my Heavenly tattoo, done by a different artist, looks perfect, while my 224 tattoo was absolutely annihilated by Ben. The photo of my 224 tattoo was taken after using two bottles of Bio-Oil, yet it still hasnβt fully healed. The Bio-Oil was recommended by the blonde piercer at the front desk (whose name I donβt know), but even she gaslit me. The flower tattoo speaks for itself, gaps everywhere and a huge scar in the middle, which I treated with Bio-Oil, yet it still looks nothing like what I wanted. As for the script tattoo, itβs absolutely comical. Itβs clear I was used for practice. The only solution given to me was a retouch which I would rather eat rocks than let them touch my skin again. Iβve had to seek legal action due to the permanent scarring on my skin and am now looking into laser removal, which is more expensive than the tattoos themselves. Avoid this studio at all costs. especially if youβre Black. They have no idea what theyβre doing.

After a bit of a drawn-out piercing at another piercing/tatoo shop using a needle for my 12-year-old, this experience was amazing. Can't recommend Sophia enough. She was so lovely, calm and quick. We used the gun this time. Importantly, my daughters new piercings haven't given her a spot of bother. I wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings and great for children.

I went in yesterday to see Sophia, after experiencing some complications with a piercing I had done at a different studio. She was able to help me straight away, explained what had gone wrong, and then was able to quickly fix the issue all whilst doing her best to keep me calm, and even checked in with me today to see how the piercing was doing I highly recommend Sophia to anyone looking to get a new piercing!

Our daughter was very nervous about getting her ears pierced and after visiting Portsmouth Ink in Southsea she was really pleased with the results! Sophia was very professional explaining the process every step and was really reassuring all the way through. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

If I could give a 10 star review I would. Had my forearm sleeve done with Ellie, she is a fantastic artist and visionary! Not only did she give me an amazing tattoo, she worked with me every step of the way to ensure it was perfect. Thank you so much for my sleeve canβt wait to come in again. - Max

got double tragus in February, the top piercing placement seemed off the piercer said it was fine. Then it migrated and left scaring and she tried to convince me scars aren't permanent (?). She didn't explain much and wasn't very reassuring. When talking about taking it out and getting it redone when the lower one had healed she told me I'd have to pay again. Spoke to another piercer where I've had all my other piercings done over the years (I have 9 others) and she said she probably wouldn't have done it for my anatomy. The scaring is awful and raised and the placement is bad but I don't wanna take it out to be left with just the huge scar. upsets me a lot tbh.

Got my piercing changed by a lovely girl here some months ago. I didnβt get her name but she had a gold rook piercing. Great service and very reassuring! Would definitely come back to get a piercing in the future!
