Brilliant way to save. easy to move money to and fro from your regular bank account or set up a regular payment. Logging in and see your account is easy and readily accessible. If you get stuck staff are very happy to assist.
I first found just credit in 2016 been very helpful in times I have needed. Good to save ready for Christmas too. Low fair interest.
I will never be able to praise just credit enough ! When I first joined I was in a DV situation and needed to move house immediately. All the staff were so supportive and discreet and I was able to move a couple of weeks later even to this day they are still as caring as always I can’t fault them at all just credit was the best thing that happened to me 10/10
Unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Talks over people on the phone, accusing people of having more debts than they actually have because they didn't look at the bank details correctly. Patronising people by saying they can't afford the small repayments on a £440 loan to buy a wheelchair. They obviously don't care about people on low incomes and instead force people to use a credit cards at high interest. Refuse to reconsider my application after given the correct facts. Adrian is a very rude and patronising man.
As an exclusive saver, it was near impossible to find information about the dividend before applying. I had to apply with the intention of closing the account should the dividend be unacceptable. Though luckily that didn't turn out to be the case. The dividend up to 30th September 2021 was 1% on savings up to £5000. With the above in mind, it isn't worth having more than £5000 saved with Just Credit. As you'll make nothing on savings that go over that amount. There's plenty of information regarding loans offered from this service. But no clear information for savers who are only interested in saving with them.
Great savings account, staff are always happy to help. easy to set up a standing order for each week and just watch your pot grow!

Brilliant people very helpful and always have a smile on there face Best place to get a loan also a great place to forget about your savings I chose not to have a card so I'd have to rind them to see how much I have so easily forgettable till Christmas time
