   When you walk into a piercing shop, that’s bright, easy to navigate, places to sit, and that has the biggest, brightest welcome from two; happy, knowledgeable, keen to help, kind piercing professionals - you know you have found SNUG PIERCING Isle of Wight. I have been a customer of Sarah’s for many many year’s. I have seen the shop open and grow. It is highly respected and recommended for all of your piercings or if you may have a problem with a piercing you have had elsewhere. For many years, I attend, pick jewellery and the give Sarah or Luke the choice of what I have pierced. I have a beautiful collection of their jewellery. I attended last week, as I had a piercing planned to remember my Dad, who passed away only a few days ago. I know he would have laughed at us 4, chatting, Sarah using her needles with precision (as he hated needles)! If you want any piercings done, with beautiful jewellery, then Snug is the place. Highly and truly recommend for the professional and quality treatment you will receive.    I booked my son in for his first ever piercing (lobe). We ended up running late due to traffic, but Luke was so accommodating and kindly fitted us in half an hour later. He was extremely professional, explaining every step of the process clearly to my son, which made him feel at ease. While we were there, I mentioned I was looking to buy new jewellery for myself. Luke gave me great advice, helped me choose the right pieces, and even fitted them for me at no extra cost – which I didn’t expect but really appreciated. The studio is spotless, clean, and sterile, which instantly gave us confidence. I will definitely be returning for another piercing myself – I just need to decide which one to get next!

   I had been considering getting a helix piercing for a long time but was quite apprehensive. I couldn't have been in safer hands. Sarah was cheerful, professional, competent and put me at my ease straight away. Her cheerful demeanour and attention to detail, particularly with all matters of hygiene prior to, and during, the piercing, ensured I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She has a huge selection of studs to choose from and talked me through all my different choices. She gave me clear instructions on aftercare and was able to supply the right products for cleaning. I popped back in for a quick check up two days later and she was happy to take the time to ensure all was well. The piercing is healing well and I've had no problems at all. Go to Sarah. You won't be disappointed.

   We have just been to Snug for my 8 year old to get her ears pierced. Sarah was so friendly, made my daughter feel at ease, and relaxed. It is spotlessly clean and she made sure that it was as pain free as possible with numbing and breathing techniques. She makes sure that the piercing is in exactly the right place and that you are happy before she proceeds. Such a great service, I would totally recommend her to anyone getting any type of piercing.
