On behalf of my business, do feel that the partners should have been more proactive in ensuring more frequent newsletters and advice during the lockdowns; in particular furlough administration. Furthermore all portal messages should have been answered accordingly. Also there was a deluge of smaller value invoices instead of the usual more consolidated ones.
