   Musbau was excellent when he returned the call he apologised for returning the call back two days later and then went on to explaining to me in details what I needed to know. He then offered to give me extra help by telling me other services available for customers including cashback in certain stores, direct debit facilities and ways to sending money abroad using Remitly. Musbau was very professional and assertive and showed expert knowledge of his work. Thanks Musbau

   I requested a call as the calling queue at customer service was too long. Fatima called moments later and promptly resolved my issue. I was trying to update my home address via app, but was getting an error message. So Fatima sorted it out for me and made sure the tech people are aware of the issue with the app

   Tried using the card for the first time for them only to freeze it instantly and had to wait until the following Monday to fix it as it was the weekend. Wasn’t the best start but I still have high hopes. I wish you could call on a Saturday or something or at least have a live chat with a human. Komail Helped me today and was very helpful and polite.

   We use Suits Me as a company when our employees first arrive in the UK, the banking is easy for our new arrivals to navigate and use which is very important when they arrive. Our Customer Care Manager is Vicky Wickenden who has provided excellent service, always resolves any issues or queries I have very promptly, always checks in to see if there is anything needed and has all round been an amazing Customer Care Manager!    I am currently the holder of a Suits me bank account and I am satisfied with the service so far. I have no complaints about my bank account and the customer service team has always been quick to resolve any incorrect bank transfers I have had (this was always the fault of the store staff). In particular, I would like to commend a customer service assistant named Ewa who recently helped me with a problem I was having. She was incredibly professional and efficient, making the experience a breeze. Overall, I would give Suits Me a solid 5/5 rating for their fantastic customer service and smooth operation of my bank account.
