   Cannot recommended Paul & his team enough. Complicated mortgage application that I never thought would be possible, especially given the current climate. Couple of setbacks but Paul & Emma went above and beyond to secure exactly what I asked for, when many other lenders had already said no. Knew what I needed & literally did all they could to secure the best deal. Extremely knowledgeable, professional yet friendly & dedicated team - they’ve been an absolute pleasure to deal with. My only regret is that I tried previously to obtain a mortgage on my own without using a broker; could’ve saved a lot of time & disappointment had I called them sooner. Anyone who assumes a mortgage is unobtainable - for whatever reasons, I highly recommend giving them a call.
