   I went for advice on Capital Gains Tax and saw Edward Brooks. After discussion he was of the opinion I would not have to pay CGT on my house sale. He said he would call me when he had checked with another specialist. He has not called after 4 days. I have since consulted a different company and have also done my own research. I will be liable for CGT and do not understand why Philip Barnes was unable to provide accurate advice, nor why I received no further contact from them.
