   I loaned 1,000, was told I had 15 months to pay it back in. I set up a payment plan 98£ to be paid monthly. I pay 4 x 98£ then I phone up wanted to pay 600£ to clear it, I was then told no! You need to pay £872. Then today I went to see them to clear the balance which was 872£ instead it changed over night and all of the sudden I need to pay 1,009£ to settle it. Feeling robbed, been very mislead.

   NEW CUSTOMERS TO ME ARE NOT VALID CUSTOMERS. THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE SCUNTHORPE BRANCH IS INVALID AS I HAVE TRYED MENY TIME TO EMAIL THEM. CALLING THEM IS A BIGGER JOKE THEY I'VR DO NOT ANSWER ! OR AS YOU HEAR THE LINE ANSWERING YOU GET CUT OFF. IM ON SAFE GUARDING AT HOME DUE TO CONVID 19 & CAN NOT GO OUT
