   We've bought a lovely car (From a distance) from Connor in less than 24 hours from initial contact to driving away. Very efficient, pleasant and easy to deal with. We'd lost deals with two other BMW dealers, they could learn from Connor. Car was exactly as described! He even came in on a Sun just for us, rather than leave us with a colleague.

   I had the good fortune to be looked after by Bash, a sales executive at Stratstone Hull. At all stages of the process of transferring from our vehicle to the used vehicle, he has been excellent. It’s been well worth the 40mile trip each way between York, where I live, and Hull. He is friendly, professional, practical, extremely helpful and flexible and nothing seemed too much trouble for him, to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Even though the car being purchased was not near the upper end of the price range, the service we received was top class. I was kept fully informed at all stages of the process, any questions l had were dealt with promptly, whether they were asked face to face, or l had sent by email. The transfer of a private numberplate was made easier, with Bash leading me through the process. It was very pleasing to be dealt with by someone who knows his cars and focuses on the customer experience/service, not just the sale. A five star customer experience provided by a five star sales executive. The service section is managed by Oli Harrison who has been very helpful in sorting out a problem l encountered. He is open and honest, giving feedback at all stages. He strives to ensure the customer is happy with the service provided. With a sales and service team like Bash and Oli, l am sure customers can buy with confidence from BMW Hull.

   Recently bought my BMW X7 from Stratstone BMW Hull and it’s been the best dealership experience I’ve had. From the first visit (where Steve even stayed late to help me out) through to the aftercare months later. Steven Briggs has been great to deal with. Attentive, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout. Ricky, the used car sales manager, was also supportive early on, but it’s Steve’s ongoing aftercare that’s really stood out. The service team have been excellent as well, handling every request and making sure the car was made up to a high standard. Did a solid job with fixes, which I really appreciate. Not surprised the dealership has got so many awards on display. No complaints at all - genuine 10/10 experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying with Steve and this dealership.

   Purchased a 2 Series Coupe and dealt with Mark Storey, who was excellent throughout the whole process. He kept in regular contact and was genuine and honest. We drove over 130 miles to view and test drive the car, which ended up being late in the day on a Sunday, but we didn’t feel pressured at all. We purchased the car and arranged collection the following weekend. Mark discovered an issue with the car (a scratch) the day before collection and whilst we were obviously very disappointed, we were glad it was noticed and going to be sorted. It was and we picked the car up the following weekend. Mark picked us up from the hotel and the car was presented to us in superb condition. We are rather fussy when it comes to car cleaning/detailing, so it was nice to see such a good job had been done. A few BMW goodies were “thrown in” because of the inconvenience, which was a really nice touch. To summarise, fabulous customer service from Mark and the team at Hull. Very pleased.
