    Why 1* ... Purchased a watch that was broken so I returned to find out they would not refund me the price with the receipt and within 24 hours of purchasing as they are unable to do this in store!! They told me there policy was to try and repair it first!! So 4 days later I was able to collect and to discover the watch still was out of sync and all that had been done was a new battery!! After calling several times 2 weeks passed and I was then told they would offer me the price for the watch what they found it to be worth that was 80% less than I payed !!. This is a company that needs to be investigated for there practice and I would strongly advise spending even 1p in any of there shops.

    !!!FALSE ADVERTISING!!!Advertised Xbox series X for £149.99 I rang and said hold and I will come collect it, he said he cannot hold till he has a deposit so I came in to buy the Xbox cash and upon arriving the Xbox had gone up £50 in the space of 5 minutes. REFUSED TO HONOUR IT AT THAT PRICE TRAVELLED ALL THE WAY TO THE SHOP FOR IT!. IF THEY EVEN RANG ME BACK AND SAID ITS GONE UP £50 I WOULD HAVE NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED TO COME BUT DIDNT. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FALSE ADVERTISING
