Released from hospital with pneumonia following a GP call I was issued with more antibiotics to continue the hospital treatment which was due to run out lunch time Saturday 31st December. The team at drugs 4 delivery went out of their way to fill the prescription and to organise a driver to deliver the medication after hours. Unfortunately he called to say he had a flat tyre but could walk 20 minutes in the cold and pitch dark to deliver. I live in the countryside with little to no street lighting and told him no I would wait til they reopen on Tuesday I wouldn't want anyone risking their safety for the sake of medication continuity especially when they do not normally expect to deliver emergency meds. I am grateful that the kind spoken man attempted delivery and hope all went well with his tyre repair. I am also grateful for the lengths at which drugs 4 delivery are prepared to go when they have to a great service thank you very much and a happy new year to all of you. Amazing man just showed up car on recovery truck to deliver my meds how special is he 8.30pm he's been two and half hours in the cold and rather than just go home to his family he brought my meds a huge huge thank you you are amazing and these meds will mean no break in treatment and that I will be better able to care for my father who just got out of hospital with a worse case of pneumonia than I have. So many THANKS to you sir you are a star
Had a problem with medications which I was led to believe was pharmacy's fault which was Dr's practise fault , they rectified this soo I had all my medications in time for xmas , when they didn't have to at this time of year ....so thrilled with me ....now don't need the extra hassle of going to GPS AGAIN and spending precious time away from my family trying to correct gp practise mistake .. Soo thankyou soo much for helping and lessening my anxiety
