   The girls are quite friendly, I have to use this pharmacy because it's in the hospital, I have tried to have my medication dispatched from a different pharmacy, the medication I'm on only can be supplied through a hospital, I have been using this pharmacy now for 9 months in that time they have never had prescription ready, sometimes my prescription has been with them for a week, I have telephone them and they said that my medication is ready and when I get there it is not, and when I get my medication they never have the right amount, they said that the drug is expensive,so that's why it's not in stock my medication comes in a 3-month supply, last time I was there I caught a severe infection, I have a low immune system due to cancer,so before you say you could have caught that anywhere I never leave the house only to pick my prescriptions up, I can barely walk, so waiting in that tiny room it's not good for me or anybody else. I believe this pharmacy is absolutely overwhelmed with the hospital workload, order my medication I have told them that this is an ongoing thing for the rest of my life I will be using this medication, but no still have to wait I'm going to start asking again to see if I can get moved from this pharmacy it is totally inadequate for the size of the hospital

   Lots of waiting times from 10-12 and 3-6 . AAvoid these timings . You are better somewhere else.

   Ordered prescription from clinic and nurse suggested to contact pharmacy in a weeks time. Tried to call them but couldn't get through so gave it 3 more days which seemed ample time. Was not ready when i went to collect and dispenser didn't apologize or seem bothered.

   A nice small pharmacy in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, easily found on second walkway to the left-hand off the main entrance corridor. Nice well laid out, clean and well lit with friendly knowledgeable staff. Sells some over the counter healthcare products and of course you can get your prescriptions filled here. Like all pharmacy's you may experience a short wait while your prescriptions are dealt with, a waiting area and seating are provided. Nice wide entrance which makes wheelchair access easy. Restrooms and disabled facilities are nearby on the main entrance corridor. Not open on Sat and Sun.
