I ordered from Beautiful Baby Gift Baskets a Christmas Teddy Bear Gift Box - Red Santa for my 2 month old great granddaughter. As an elderly person I was struggling a little placing the order, so I sought help from Emma who runs the business. Emma could not of been more helpful, she was very friendly, making suggestions that helped with my choice. I placed the order selecting a courier for delivery. Emma rang me shortly after and said she had changed the delivery choice from courier to Royal Mail Tracked as is would be less cost for me. I received a £3 refund shortly after. I placed the order on the 4th December, it was dispatched on the 5th December and received on the 6th December. Excellent service and fast delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot add photos of the red Santa as its a gift wrapped present for Christmas and it was delivered to my granddaughters address far from where I live. I couldn’t be more impressed with Emma and her beautiful gift baskets. Not only was she extremely responsive, but was even able to pull together my basket and get it in the post the same day so I’d have it on time. She even worked with me on the finishing touches to make the gift a bit more bespoke. The end product was just perfect and made a newborn baby and their parents (and me!) very happy! Thank you, Emma!

Wonderful bespoke service! Really friendly and easy to work with, quick to respond to my queries for a custom design print which I needed for a special gift. Even went above and beyond and did some sewing for me to neaten up the t-shirt, adding the finishing touches to a great product.
