I had a hot tub recommission after 18months idle carried out. The guys were prompt and professional but I felt lacked the 5 star customer care. When the job was complete I went out to take a look and found that the front panel had been left misaligned leaving a gap. A 1" noticeable gap! I pointed it out and they corrected it, but that created a gap on a side panel I didn't notice which I will now have to sort out myself. Given the cost of this service I expected more care. Not sure I'll use again. Update: I received a call and an engineer was sent out to me to rectify the issue. Thank you
Hot Tub Servicing I have used the Blue Cube Team to conduct the annual service interval on my hot tub. The whole experience from selecting the right level of maintenance, booking and completing the on-site service runs smoothly and efficiently. The engineers are prompt, courteous and happy to assist with any miscellaneous tub issues / questions if asked. The support team in the office mirror the above attributes and are easily accessible (by email and/or phone) and offer prompt response rates. GREAT JOB BLUE CUBE POOLS !
I found the overall service level offered from booking my pool survey to be outstanding. Always responded to my questions efficiently and promptly. I found the advice from the Engineer very useful. Clearly very knowledgeable and kept all the information to a format that I would understand. Impressive and I will be back! Thank you for making what can seem complicated about maintaining and running a swimming pool, very easy to understand
Would definetly recommend Blue Cube Pools. Andy and his team have always been very friendly and provide a very efficient service. I originally contacted Andy with a view to getting rid my pool, but was convinced otherwise. I'm so glad we kept it, as its been great fun for the kids! The team were able to have the pool restored, taught us how to maintain it, and are always available if required for ongoing support. Would definetly recommend!

Blue Cube provide a great service at a good price. They have been so helpful to us as we are new to having a pool. They have provided lots of help and advice and we will continue to use them.
