   Customer Service on this occasion appalling !!! Rude and unprofessional… On every occasion i have taken Duke have waited inside at the reception desk … Nails done pay and go perfect . Today … what u want !!! dog having toe nails cut … wait nearly 5mins before come cracks door takes dog and shuts door in face … Exchange words … told take duke somewhere else ..So will definitely be doing that …. As hubby took him i rang up … Apparently since Covid not been allowed inside to wait …..Lie have every time … Asked why it is because Covid … What a load off bs. !!!!
