   We started taking Honey just after Christmas, all the staff there are really lovely, and make such a good job of our scruffy little pooch. Highly recommend ❤️ Mum and dad also take Honey's brother Dusty, who always looks amazing, soft and fluffy. He's actually been there today. Xx

   Was really upset with my last visit to here, my puppy had been three times prior to this appointment and I was happy with the services but on my last trip he had a puppy groom that was a traumatising experience! I usually go and pick my dog back up after the groom but decided to stay this time until he was ready. I have a 16 week old cockapoo that is still learning and exploring the world through his mouth he can bite sometimes but this didn’t warrant the service I received. My dog was being washed and the door was left open into the grooming area I could hear the groomer calling my dog vile and shouting nasty at him and other various names which is absolutely heartbreaking, the squeals coming from my dog I have never heard it made me feel sick!! If she was struggling with my dog wouldn’t it be best to come and get me and let me know rather than slating me and saying I have no control over my dog and he’s aggressive and needs a behaviour specialist! He’s a puppy, he’s not naughty at home and is well trained and in fact goes to a trainer regularly where there is no concerns, so not sure what tactic you used to groom my dog but it clearly wasn’t the right one! Then to fetch my dog out only having been washed and no groom actually being done to then give me a lecture in the front of the shop whilst holding my dog so I had to stand there and listen to it, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I felt like a school child getting told off then to tip it off she decides to charge me £35 the full groom when he’s only been washed and blown which I could have done myself at home! Ridiculous I get my dog may have been hard to groom and I’m not saying I’m an innocent party on that he may have got stressed and bit but he has puppy teeth it’s not aggression it’s because he’s scared, but to humiliate me and to slate my dog to your colleagues and me where I can hear you is unprofessional and unprovoked, I hope no one else has to go through this as it was genuinely really upsetting for me and for my dog. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this has played heavily on my mind for a couple of days now!!

   Abi did a fantastic job of grooming my two cockapoos, one of which was a puppy and his first groom. Both dogs seemed happy and comfortable which is a good sign. Abitails is a professional responsive and well laid out salon. Best of all they both came out of their grooming session all fluffy, soft and cuddly, well shaped and smelling great. Highly recommend.

   Abitails is the third groomers I have tried, my dog is timid and shy and Abi took the time to make her feel at ease. My little lady looks amazing everything I asked for was done, perfect groomers!! If I could give 10 stars, I would, awesome, friendly, caring service.

   We have used Abitails for the last couple of years and she is amazing. We take Monty every month for his pamper session and he loves it and loves Abi. Abi is brilliant with the dogs. Would not go anywhere else!
