Lovely, friendly girl dropped off a perfect breakfast in excellent time! Lovely tasty food and incredibly hot and well packed! Will definitely be using Grillaz again!
Always polite and friendly staff , food is bang on and of highest quality although delivery can sometimes take a little longer than average its worth it for the quality and freshness. Good value for money and generous portions. Can defo recommend this place.
The food is fantastic, really tasty and cooked to perfection!!!! However i think you need more staff or drivers first 2 times we ordered it was 1.5hrs before it was delivered and this time it was 2 hours meaning our breakfast came at dinner time.
first few times I ordered from here, food was amazing. Really annoyed though because the last couple of times I’ve called to order food, I’ve been told they’re not taking any orders because they’re backed up. Wouldn’t be as bad if they just said we’re very busy, there’s a wait on food, but just turning away my custom. I’m done with this place now. Won’t be bothering with them again.
Terrible service. Quote 1 hour for delivery and then make you wait over 1 hour and a half. I called multiple times and they said they were waiting for a driver, leaving the food lying around waiting. Very disappointing and seems very disorganised. Wont be ordering again!! We had plans and we were told that because it was made we couldnt cancel the order despite them not fulfilling their side of the bargain.
Unfortunately cannot say that I was overly impressed with the quality of the food or the condition that the food arrived in. The mushroom were dried out and looked as if they had been sat on a sun veranda for a few days. The cheese in one box was a half melted mess and I ordered 3 oatcakes, only to recieve 2. All meals arrived cold.
