   Absolutely blown away with our new bathroom. From start to finish everything was taken care of, from Maz, Kam, Gaz & the fitters. All were just superb. Couldn’t have picked a better more caring company than these guys. Only popped in to get a few ideas & prices, they were so good, no pushing, absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I get extremely anxious when having work done, and they picked up on this and were very reassuring all the way through. It was a big job, removing a chimney breast, and fitting a boiler/store room. If I ever move and need a bathroom fitting again, this would definitely be the place I would go to.

   I recently had my bathroom completely refitted by Bespoke Bathrooms, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the outset, Shaun, the designer, did an outstanding job. He took the time to explore different ideas with me and translated them into a beautifully thought-out design, paying attention to every last detail. His creativity and expertise were evident throughout the process. Maz and Gaz, the project managers, were equally impressive. From the initial discussions around design and pricing, everything was clearly explained and professionally managed, giving me complete confidence in the project from start to finish. The installation itself was carried out by Veron and Bhavan, who were exceptional. Not only was the workmanship to an extremely high standard, but they also kept me informed at every stage, worked efficiently, and ensured disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. The team even completed the project a day earlier than expected, which was a fantastic bonus. I am extremely pleased with the finished bathroom and genuinely can’t thank the whole team enough. Highly recommended.

   The customer service and quality were exceptional, living up to their promises of outstanding workmanship. The process began with Sean, who was incredibly helpful and experienced during the initial planning. We instantly loved the digital design presented at the showroom which was based on our preferences. Adam and his team then transformed our old-fashioned bathroom into our dream space. Throughout the project, Kam provided amazing communication, checking in with me weekly to ensure everything was going smoothly. He was always available to address any concerns or changes, he was very happy to help and ensure we get exactly what we want! Once the fitters had finished, Gaz came to do a final inspection to check if we were happy with everything. A huge thank you to Sean, Maz, Gaz, Kam, Adam, and the rest of the team for their hard work! I strongly recommend this company!

   We initially only popped into Bespoke Bathrooms Staffordshire (BBS) just to get a few ideas, and ended up leaving with our bathroom in planning the same day! From the moment we stepped into their really exceptional showroom, we were very impressed, not only by the quality and style on display, but also by the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We felt like there was no pressure at all and we were free to look around and take our time (and enjoy the coffee!). Maz was amazing from start to finish. We felt comfortable with him immediately, and he really listened to what we wanted, understood our vision straight away, and came up with a design that was completely tailored to us. We actually loved a design from one of the showroom displays and he matched it to our home perfectly! Nothing was too much trouble, no job felt too big or too small and his attention to detail and passion for what he does was really clear to see. The builder/joiner who was scheduled for the project, Pav Joinery, was exceptional. The craftsmanship and quality of his work are second to none,every detail is perfect. You could see he is a perfectionist and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the finish we were looking for. He kept us informed for the duration of the project on where things were up to and what was next etc. BBS also kept in regular contact throughout the renovation, Kam called and emailed regularly checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy at every stage. It was a pleasure catching up with them each time! It honestly felt like our project mattered to them as much as it did to us. We couldn’t be happier with the result and the whole experience. We’d 100% recommend Bespoke Bathrooms Staffordshire to anyone looking to transform their bathroom (their showroom is definitely worth a visit!) and we have already been recommending them to friends and family.

   Work carried out March 23. From design to completion was 10 put of 10 so thank you to Maz at the shop. The fitting team of Shaun and Darren worked smoothly with minimal disruption and always left the place tidy. We were kept informed at every stage with the end result on time and quality workmanship. I would also like to thank Martin the tiler who was of the highest standard. The electrician who’s name I can’t remember, also did a great job. We would highly recommend this company. We had the floor done after using vinyl flooring by our own local fitter so not on the pictures. Keith and Dawn Nantwich.

   Great experience dealing with BBS and Maz. We had our bathroom and en suite fully designed and fitted. Maz was great with suggestions and very hands-on throughout. The fitting lads (Andy and Steve) were awesome as well and happy to fit the holders and rails we bought. Some great ideas and nice touches and we’re delighted with the outcome. Highly recommend.

We also wanted to go for something a little different.    We had previously had our ensuite replaced by BBS and this time it was our main bathroom. It wasn't a small job as it involved knocking down 2 walls and building another! Maz did a great job helping us with the design. Shaun and Darren were brilliant on site, talking things through and making little improvements along the way.    I had been considering changing my cold white bathroom to something warmer and considerably more modern for a little while. So decided to get on with it, but as a single woman knowing what she wanted for the bathroom, proved a bit of a challenge when getting quotes. Approached 3 other companies to be told couldn't have what I wanted, always something that wouldn't work. I went to Bespoke Bathrooms after reading their reviews. What can I say they are amazing. Such a friendly, respectful and helpful company. Maz's design was perfect and the quality of materials are fantastic. Martyn and Tom fitted the bathroom for me. Such amazing craftsmen and I do mean that. Nothing too much trouble, they had some ideas to make features better. They were unbelievably tidy. All done on time and in my budget. This company and the craftsmen they use to fit the bathrooms are fantastic. Recommended them to my friends who desperately want reliable and respectful tradesmen. Its now 3 months since work done and not one defect.
