Had a new central heating system installed by Apex gas. They came out and provided a quote and offered advice and guidance on the system. They arrive on time, were very professional and did a superb job. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted Dean at Apex Gas Services in regards to an inspection/service for an old gas fire. Dean checked everything thoroughly, making sure everything was safe for the fire to be used. Dean provided excellent service, and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and I would certainly recommend him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.
Absolutely amazing service and quality of work. I have used Dean twice now both times at very short notice and late in the day. Nothing seems too much trouble for him. He simply goes above and beyond. As a landlord with a number of properties I have been ripped off a couple of times when using other Gas Engineers / Plumbers but Dean is a breath of fresh air, completely honest trustworthy and extremely reasonably priced.
Dean was great came out to my broken boiler the next day, and 2 days later he worked a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work and had me up and running with the new boiler. Provided the gas cert and everything that would be expected. Didn't ask for any up front payments. Is friendly, tidy and trustworthy, I left him in the house while I popped out. We have a Corgi Home Plan insurance, and Dean came to our house just before Christmas. We have had hot water problems with our combi-boiler since it was installed about 5 or 6 years ago, and Dean is the first engineer who took the trouble to identify the root of the problem and sort it out properly (including an additional visit over the weekend to double-check everything). Will definitely use him again if and when necessary, and happy to highly recommend him.
I contacted Dean at Apex Gas Services, to check on my boiler, which was having fluctuating pressure readings. Not only did Dean visit within an hr or two of calling, he did an amazing job. Contacted Dean after looking on line for boiler repair man. He came same day and assessed the fault, diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and replaced it as soon as it came. .... he totally lives up to his reviews and I will not hesitate to call on him again. His prices were exceptionally reasonable and a very reliable chap.
