   A neighbour recommended Chris as I was having an issue with my Washing Machine. I contacted Chris and explained the issue I was having, he responded very quickly and diagnosed the issue over the phone. It turned out that it didn’t need repair or replacement. Chris was super efficient and easy to deal with and chose to help me rather than taking the opportunity to make money from the situation. I’m very grateful for the help and would recommend Chris to anyone. I will definitely be in contact when I do need to replace my appliances or can if I need a repair in the future. Thank you

   Highly recommend. I called yesterday to ask for help with an oven repair (element had gone) and they'd had a cancellation today so came out today to fix it for me. Very grateful for the quick service and fixed the issue with no problem. The price was also what I considered to be very reasonable.    Above and beyond Great service tonight from Chris! Oven heater element broke tonight at gone 5pm. Messaged to see availability without expecting a response until back open in the morning- however an instant message back to say he had the part and was more than happy to collect tonight! Oven now working again 3 hours later and Xmas turkey saved. THANKYOU AGAIN.

   Great service. I had an issue with an oven and separate hob. I googled appliance repairs near me and Chris Fennells came up. Good professional service from the initial call to arrange a call out through to both appliances being repaired at a reasonable rate. Cannot recommend highly enough.
