Excellent service and kept informed throughout the process. Was initially concerned as I thought I was dealing with a local company where I could have dropped my DVD player in for repair only then to find out I had to post it via the Royal Mail service. All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP.

They provided a first class service in repairing our Bose CD player at a reasonable price. Everything went well in a very timely fashion- collection, repair estimate, repair itself and delivery back. CD player back home and playing like new. Service at its best. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

A quick response to my request. Explained the procedure. Kept me informed of progress. After repair and payment returned my ACER tablet very quickly. Care was taken in packing and protection against transit damage. Well done Electronic Partners. Definitely get my recommendation. Richard James

Extremely slow, over three weeks to repair the headphone when estimate is 3-5 working days. Couldn't do online quote, couldn't do modular cable mod. Didn't have like for like cable repair, offer coiled cable (no length given). Cable on quote was straight and I accepted this quote. Then headphones were sent (well packaged) and I got this very short coiled cable on my headphones. I've had to purchase another cable to rearrange my desk setup so the cable tension isn't bad on my headphones going to my DAC. Complained and after 7 days they finally got back and said although we agree we made you wait a long time, and we were unclear in the communications we weren't going to offer any partial credit. Its good they were going to repair their mistake but the cost of the shipping is barely worth doing it and its a cost the customer shouldn't have to do when its their mistake. Need to improve process, perhaps confirm work done on site is good before sending back. Definitely need to speed up the identifying of work especially for people who have tried to do the online quote first and asked for them to send in their headphones. Needs to adjust the 3-5 working days. I think most people would be acceptable if the window slipped a bit but three weeks when the range is this long is just not good enough. They have your headphones hostage so if after 7 days you say is it fixed yet and they say no then what? That is exactly why they need to be clear with timescales and expectations. If I wanted a new pair of headphones I would have just bought it but I wanted it repaired, so they take into consideration that people are without their main/only headphones during the repair process. Dealing with the online portal was a pain as well, why can't I just use email to look at pics, invoices etc. Then go to portal to pay or whatever/easy viewing of all tickets. I wouldn't go to them again unless you are out of options and or don't need your headphones for a month.

Put damaged tablet in for repair. Competitive quote given promptly. Clear instructions on postage etc when quote accepted. Info on progress via easy to use 'ticket' dialogue on website. Only reservation: there were delays due to post strike and (separately) parts supplier sending substandard parts - not EP fault but I had to chase for clear explanation and progress update. Would definitely use again and recommend.

A very happy experience. I sent my broken device to Electronic Partners, they diagnosed the fault and provided a very reasonable estimate for parts and labour. The work was carried out quickly and my device was returned working a couple of days later. Recommended

Extraordinary service, great communication,...Electronic Partners managed to get my repairs done and my laptop back to me before Xmas against all odds, despite postal strikes. And they charged me less than they quoted! Absolutely delighted.

Came across this service after baulking at the offer of a (rather expensive) upgrade by Bowers & Wilkins, after a driver in my P5s failed just after the warranty ran out. Instead I was offered an affordable repair by Electronic Partners. The faulty driver was repaired using a genuine part (strange B&W don’t offer a repair service) and shipped back in a reasonable time. I’ll definitely consider this service again if I need it (but hopefully not!).

I would highly recommend Electronic Partners to anyone who has an electrical item that needs repairing. From start to finish their whole set up and system works and I am really pleased with the outcome. Item status throughout the repair and communication is very good and the cost of the repair was very reasonable.
