   I had my timing belt and water pump replaced here on May 14th, and by the beginning of November my coolant started disappearing. According to another mechanic, the water pump is already failing and needs to be replaced again. I’ve done only about 13,000 miles since the repair, which is completely unacceptable for such an important job. I’m now taking my car to a different garage because I’ve lost confidence in their workmanship. Poor quality service and a waste of money. I definitely do NOT recommend this place. Reply to owner: I understand your reply, but expecting me to leave my car parked at your garage for up to two weeks while it was leaking coolant is completely unrealistic. That would mean I couldn’t use my car at all..something I simply could NOT afford under any circumstances. The pump failed just after your 12,000-mile warranty, but that doesn’t change the fact that a properly installed timing belt kit and water pump should never fail at 13,000 miles. That clearly shows poor quality. Since I couldn’t keep my car off the road for two weeks, I went to another garage where the entire job was redone, including a new timing belt kit and water pump, costing me an extra £350. The mechanic confirmed the pump was faulty. This whole experience speaks for itself.

   I took my Ford Focus EcoBoost in after several other garages either wouldn’t touch it or quoted me double sometimes nearly triple the price of these. These guys diagnosed the issue straight away and gave me a fair quote considering the amount of work involved. Once the engine was stripped down, a few more parts needed replacing, but even with the extra work it still came in under every other quote I’d received. They rebuilt the engine properly, replaced the wet belt, and sorted everything. The car is running smoothly now, and it’s obvious they know these engines inside out. honest pricing, solid workmanship, highly recommend, especially if you own an EcoBoost that others won’t go near.

Had a nightmare with my engine and he went above and beyond to get me sorted massively. From start to finish the service was spot on: honest advice, quick turnaround, and proper professional work. It’s rare these days to find a place that genuinely cares about helping their customers rather than just making a quick buck, but Chris proved that good old-fashioned customer service still exists.    Took down my 1.3L Toyota engine block that required a new set of pistons cylinders honing and a full set of bearings. The people there did an amazing job even going to the extent of painting the block for me at no extra cost and supplying parts for my engine that’s 28+ years old. Chris who rang me kept me updated every step of the way and didn’t do any work until authorised to do so by myself was a very huge help and would 100% use their service again.

   I purchased a 1.0 Ecoboost Focus from a garage and within 15 miles I'd realised what a mistake I'd made. Luckily I found this business and Chris who did the full works on the cylinder head, new clutch and dual mass flywheel, various other parts too. I travelled most of the country to take it specifically here as I read the raving reviews. I definitely wasn't disappointed. The job was done in a week and I was kept in the loop at all times, nothing was repaired until I'd agreed upon it. I was given a plan afterwards of how to 'run the car in' and what to do to make sure the warranty stayed valid. I haven't needed any aftercare but I'm sure if I do, I will be well looked after. Very competent, competitive and considerate! I'd highly recommend.
