   I would like to comment about my initial impression of the place. The reception area is so very dull and uninspiring with a load of debris to the right when you walk in. So uninviting I must say. The office area is also so dull and lacks a feeling of ‘work’ environment. Also always seems so cold that a ‘lady’ staff member usually has a coat on in summer !!! My last visit yesterday to get a price for repairing minor damage resulted in me waiting 30 minutes for some one to come and have a look and give a quote by email. Still waiting for a quick response - but not yet. I have had some work done by them before and whilst the above is relevant the work was of good quality. But now I will not return because of the way i was treated as a valued client. ( Ex ) NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. You have lost my business and I will never recommend you to anyone.

   Unfortunately I am still waiting for my car back after my crash 4 months ago. Understandably there has been a delay getting the parts needed, not the garages fault. However, the lady who works on reception advised me it would be a few weeks, not a few months. She has also told me misinformation numerous times, one day they have all the parts, then a week later they’re still waiting. I was told I could collect my car on a certain date, this date has now been pushed back twice and this lady has even lied to my insurance regarding collection date. I have requested calls to update me on the repairs status numerous times and haven’t received any of the requested calls despite being guaranteed I would get them. UPDATE: I finally received my car back and will say the work is lovely, so I am increasing my review to 2 stars. However, the inside of my door that was replaced is covered in what looks to be droplets of black tar, this has become stuck to my and my family members skin and clothing I am surprised this was not spotted and cleaned as it is not a small amount

   I'd had a dreadful week cos another car smashed into my back. Glen was business- like at first but he chilled out and his input was incredibly helpful. The admin lady was lovely too. I have to take my dog around with me cos he has separation anxt and I'm autistic and get on better with animals than people but all this was kindly accommodated.

   These guys did a brilliant job of repairing my Kia. Two doors and the Sill were crumpled in by a tractor or huge lorry, wasn't there to ser ot happen, and it now looks as good as new. Nice courtesy car was loaned to me as well. It's in a funny spot but has a very large workshop and obviously some skilled engineers. Car was cleaned too. Fantastic job done. Highly recommended.
