   I was delighted with the way Andrew sorted out my sister's computer for us whilst we were briefly back in Beverley for a few days recently. His obvious knowledge and expertise immediately inspires confidence and he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to us and set out the available options in a clear and objective way. He was also kind and patient in explaining anything we didn't understand. We only had 3 days in Beverley and he managed to fit us in and do the job in less than two! So, many thanks, Andrew. An excellent service!

   This is a fantastic shop that myself and my family have used for over ten years. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy folks who take great care and pride in their work. Andrew has fixed many laptops and pcs in the family as well as built me a raid storage system and most recently a fantastic high-spec pc for creative work. The turnaround was blisteringly fast and the product is perfect. I would highly recommend computer support for anyone looking for repairs, new purchases or simply advice and a friendly face.

   I have used this company a few times, and been very satisfied. The problem this time is, they have now had the above items for almost 3 weeks, and whilst I appreciate they are busy, 3 times they have promised to contact us re updates, but never have. They were going to let us know if they could do anything, so we called in today, and there was still no update. Although I mentioned the lack of updates in a none aggressive way, the Lady told me to 'watch my manner'. They obviously don't like criticism of any sort. Looking at the reviews I am obviously in a minority.

   Great service again. My laptop had completely crashed and refusing to let me even load up. Problem rectified quickly whilst retaining all my vital information. The hard drive cloned and then a new quicker and bigger version installed. All working perfectly again. Recommended.

   Through a process of consultation, Computer Support built me a really nice PC that fitted my budget, my needs and plans for future upgrades. They've continued to provide advice, too. What really impressed me was the tidy cable management, good thermals and general high build quality. I'm a very happy customer. They've done some good repairs on Apple gear for me in the past too. (Much more affordable than Apple themselves.)
