We have been renting out my partner's house for two years now. During this time Steve has carried out a Gas safety check, fitted a new combi boiler and serviced it the following year for us. Really great service, engineer Stephen G was very experienced and has full knowledge on boilers. He originally came to do a breakdown service, he was absolutely honest with me compared to other engineers in the past where they usually put a band aid to the problem. Got a new up to date Ideal boiler installed with him, 10 year warranty with ideal. Hot running water and heat runs better than the past 2 years. 2 full days, flushed our radiator system just like new and installed an easy to use wireless thermostat. Truly recommend Stephen G, he was local, honest, on time to the job and his service was immaculate a true professional.
I've used ATG the second week we moved into our house in 2015 We had a major issue with our boiler Steve was quick to respond and after trying to save our existing boiler, we ended up getting a new one. We service this every year with no issues and I would happily recommend. We also had help with our cooker gas supply. Steve is very helpful and came to my aid when I experienced a high carbon monoxide reading whilst pregnant at a clinic visit. He was soon around to check the boiler was safe and our house was safe. (Nothing was wrong definitely not from my house) He communicates well and I feel he is honest and trustworthy I've never been let down.
I had a boiler fitted by Steve about 5 years ago. It is hard to know who to trust these days but he was recommended to me and I have used him ever since. He worked hard to fit my boiler and services it every year. He comes when it suits me, he arrives on time and is professional. His charges are very reasonable. Fab service and very competitive on price too. I rang 3 local companies and All Things Gas was the cheapest and quickest. Steve stopped the leak, repaired the boiler, and I have heating and hot water again! I am using him again next month for a service, as he has given me the best quote for that too.
