Most helpful staff at Post Office Counter. Wanted to send a framed photo. The young lady behind the counter warned me that the glass might be broken in transit. She then kindly found me a box in the shop to place the package in, and then placed the address on the box. Efforts that were much appreciated.
Staffing can be an issue as they are often understaffed, otherwise an okay shop. A bit too expensive but cheaper than Budgens. The post office is located inside this shop. Unfortunately it used to open longer.
Fruit & veg looks tired and they appear to specialise in stocking junk food. Staff are friendly and post office is handy but this shop is only really good enough for picking up basics and last minute items you might have forgotten after doing a main shop somewhere better. And today I was surprised to see they have a security guard on the door which creates an unpleasant atmosphere of being watched & potentially being accused of nicking the subpar produce! I don't use One Stop very often but will now be using it even less.
Popped in to get a few bits while on a caravan holiday. Well stocked, reasonably priced and helpful & friendly staff.
Incompetent staff who don't know how Too Good To Go works, I made the effort to drive all the way for a collection for the guy to say there's no food today. They should cancel on the app instead of let people arrive and turn them away, wasted fuel for nothing, which isn't cheap nowadays!
ID’ing almost 30 year olds for a lucozade and treating them poorly when they do not have one, even though all dressed in work clothes. Joke
A nice shop with all the basics as well as an extensive range of lunch and snack items if you are on the go. Good range of papers and plenty of parking outside.
Went to post something as it says the post office is open until 10PM, 1st Visit was told the guy who does the post office is on his break and I'll have to wait 20 mins, Returned 30min later to be told hes still on his break and would be another 10min. What awful customer service, I understand staff have to have breaks but surely someone else should be able to take over?
Absolutely awefull service guy at post office counter rude ignorant a incompetent no customer service skills used this one stop for 20 plus years and get our papers these will now be cancelled I will never use again
