   Awful service. Smeg cooker- small electrical repair. First reviewed 4th August. Despite chasing- not fixed until 12th Sep. Went without a cooker for far too long. Customer service not bothered. The reason given- awaiting part delivery. We looked online and we could have it delivered the next day. When the part arrived- it was the wrong thing and an alternative had to be ordered for the following day. High charges and very poor service.

   Great service from Caine and his mate. Quick response to my email contacting them . Had problem with dishwasher . Came spot on time they said . Cheerful and friendly . Assessed problem and made a number of recommendations including to go back to manufacturer as we may have ten year parts guarantee ( which would have meant no more business for Caine) . That sounds pretty honest and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely use again .

   Very prompt service. I called thinking they would fit me in sometime the following week but just 15 mins after calling they were at my house and quickly fixed the problem with my washing machine tripping the RCD - a burnt out heater element. Their fee was great value as well. Overall, a responsive and professional service. Highly recommended.

Charged, what I thought, was an incredibly reasonable amount, and were gone in half an hour. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be keeping their number close by!
