Outstanding service from Telefaults. Very quick response time. Our Engineer (Jack) was friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to us. Our issue was sorted very quickly. Highly recommend this company.
I had a repair done here under my LG warranty. The Engineer Jack visited my home and had to take the TV away. 4 days later he was back the TV was perfect. He remounted the TV and ensured all of the equipment soundbar, Sky etc was reconnected and working. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.
D&G referred me to Telefaults under their policy for a cracked TV screen. They were incredibly efficient and professional throughout. Excellent communications and did everything they said they would and on time. Highly recommended.
Avoid at all costs.the repair men said they fixed my washing machine when he didn't even try and repair it. He took a picture and left .
Pleasant, knowledgeable guy arrived as planned, immediately identified the issue, took the Sony TV away and returned it a week later fully repaired. No fuss, no bother, just decent service.
Called out twice to fix a faulty washing machine and they've actually made the problem worse so that the machine is now unusable. Avoid!
Weird conversation where they refused to give a view of likely repair cost over the phone (it’s a common fault with this Sony TV model so surely they know possible outcomes?) and they refused to book us in for an engineer visit because they couldn’t commit to be in our area, even if we booked well in advance. Utterly bizarre and completely focussed on what suits them rather than the customer.
The staff at Telefaults were brilliant. They were quick to collect my TV and diagnose the fault. Unfortunately it turned out that the TV was beyond repair, but they brought it back in a timely manner too. The staff were both polite and professional, and I really can't fault them at all, they're a credit to the company.
